Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment
Most modernized heat treatment with austempering furnaces for consistent hardness, impact strength, and spring action. Various surface coating facilities like phosphating line (automatically controlled), coloring (blackening& tempered bluing) and dedicated ancillary for electroplating of parts.
A dedicated ultrasonic cleaning facility to maintain the cleanliness requirement of parts.
